Brew Notes
We recommend steeping two grams of tisane (about two tablespoons) per 12 oz cup. Water should be about 208℉. Steep for between 5 and 10 minutes.
This tisane makes an excellent, refreshing beverage when iced. To make an iced version, brew as detailed above but with half the volume of water. Once brewed, pour over an equal amount of ice.
