The WPM #30 is a functional reimagining of the flat top pitcher format, designed to address the limitations of conventional designs. Its redesigned spout features a round-bottom profile that enables a smooth, controlled foam rollover, optimizing mixed-foam consistency and allowing full utilization of milk volume through the duration of the pour.
The spout geometry and angle are precision-calibrated to work in tandem, producing a regulated flow rate that benefits drawing-style technique across both combination pour and etched pour applications. At 600cc / 20oz capacity, the pitcher is purpose-sized for 10oz combination pour patterns, providing sufficient volume for complex, multi-element designs without excess.
The angled handle is contoured for a natural, pencil-like grip, supporting the fine motor control that drawing-style latte art demands.
